• Any orders that are cancelled 12 hours after making your payment may be cancelled, but a $10 refund fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount for imaging fees.

Once you receive your product, you have up to 24 hours to accept the product by submitting the online approval form at nikoleluxe.com/approve. If the product is the wrong size, wrong image, wrong color, etc., you will note it on the form and another will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
