How to Order

Step One

The first step is to select one of our premade pillows or a custom pillow/phone case/pair of socks/coffee mug from our product section.

Step Two

Next, select your options, add it to the cart and check out. You may select shipping options at checkout.

Step Three

Pay for your product(s) using any of the available payment methods and your item will be processed according to the standard processing schedule.

Shipping & Delivery

Production Turnaround, Shipping and Delivery

Production Turnaround

Turnaround is 10-15 business days. Business days for shipping are Monday - Friday. Standard processing takes 4-5 business days to fulfill your order and 5-7 business days for shipping.

  • We do not ship on Weekends or U.S. Holidays.
  • Orders submitted after 12pm EST on Friday will be handled on the next business day.
  • Tracking will be emailed to the email address you registered with as soon as the item ships.

Niko Le Luxe does not have any control over mailing issues or delays due to weather, traffic or postal closures with any mail service that is utilized to ship your order.

When ordering for any holiday or special occasion, please place your order at least three weeks before the requested receipt date to help guarantee on-time shipment.

Rush Shipping

At checkout, you can choose to expedite the shipping of your products by choosing UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day under the Shipping Methods section during checkout. You will need to enter your full address before these shipping methods will appear.

Keep in mind that the item will not ship until the expected ship date according to the production schedule.
